Darn that voice!!

Today was sad.  I used the reversible screwdriver to pry out the metal lid in a can of polyester resin when that little voice in my head said "hey asshole,  if that works you'll drop the bit in the can..."  thanks voice,  right again.

tomorrow I will invert the closed can with a magnet on the lid.

Also tightened some nuts on scaffolding.

Ya got me...

I used it today to dismantle and repair a 4" angle grinder.   I had to wait 30min be for I could touch it because it was so hot.   I work with/manage a select group of people,  these people are above average and can figure out just about any problem you put in front of them.  So why is it that they continue to amaze me with such things as running a machine, that they are holding on to,  well past its limits???  

Weekends

So much for a daily log.   I'll get better. 

Ahh,   the weekend,  time to kick back and...  fix stuff around the house,  like;

-the washing machine

-a new door handle for the bathroom

-unplugged the toilet(I didn't use my leatherman for that:-)  A 3 year old boy can some how use a half roll of TP and still not have a clean ass????

-Opening new toys.  My youngest turned one!  yeah!!  There is no other way to retrieve a child's toy from the package other than a leatherman.
